Brie is known for her exceptional standards and is meticulous in vetting prospective tenants to ensure continuously low vacancy rates and fewer issues during tenancies.
Bright, friendly and always optimistic, Brie works tirelessly to ensure every landlord and tenant feel valued and satisfied throughout the leasing process. She shows genuine interest in every client’s individual needs and goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are happy.
Brie’s outgoing personality enables her to quickly build rapport with new clients and make them feel at ease with the leasing process. She keeps landlords fully informed and is quick to respond to tenants’ enquiries at all times. Brie thrives on the engaging and fast-paced nature of the real estate industry and loves working in a positive environment.
Outside work, Brie is passionate about horse riding and has previously competed at international events. She now re-trains ex-racehorses, turning them into performance horses. She also enjoys daily gym work-outs to keep fit and healthy.

Quarter One Market Update: With the holiday season well and truly over, the end of January and beginning of February have been exceptionally busy in the rental market. Cunninghams have leased 62 properties to date for the year, held 200 open homes and met over 750 potential tenants. The rental market is performing strongly, however we are still seeing that properties need to be priced correctly and the first 2 opens are crucial in securing a tenant promptly. We are foreseeing the market should remain strong into March as the weather starts to cool down.
