💤 Struggle getting out of bed? 💤 If you're like me, and your not a morning person at all - here are some tips than might make the start of your day a little easier! 😁🌞 1- Put your phone over the other side of the room! I am a sucker for wanting 5 more minutes and pressing snooze, generally that turns into another 40 minutes resulting in me having to rush to get ready for work! Putting your phone over the other side of the room means you'll have to get up to switch it off! ⏰ 2- Have your workout clothes prepared the night before. I do cardio every morning without fail - weather its a quick circuit in my lounge room, run up and down my apartment stairs a few times, or go on a nice big walk, I always get active to get the endorphin's pumping and to wake me up! If you have your workout clothes prepared, all you got to do is put them on and go! 🏃🏽‍♀️ 3- Get a good nights rest... If your having trouble sleeping, I find adding magnesium to my vitamin stack has been a huge help. studies found that it helps decrease cortisol, the “stress hormone” that can keep you up at night. It also helps muscles relax, to give you that calm “sleepy” feeling and help you unwind after a long day. Also try not to be in front of any screens (TV, Laptop, Phone) before bed as they have LED lights which prevent melatonin being released and triggering tiredness, this keeps you awake for longer. 🌚 Hope this helps! - H 🌸
