Parkrun is on tomorrow so remember to put your running shoes beside your bed tonight for a speedy launch in the morning... unless they smell like mine, in which case just outside the door might be wiser. Whether you're planning a creekside canter or a waterfront walk, parkrun will be a great start to the day. Please remember your barcode if you are a registered parkrunner. Waterbottles are highly recommended. Pre-run briefing is at 6.55am and everyone is welcome. Kate Cobb

Hello Dalby parkrunners! Whether you are a regular runner, a part-timer or a total newbie, you are most welcome to join in on Saturday morning. Event briefing is at 6.55am for a 7.00 start. There is always a volunteer tail walker who is the last one home 😁. Prams are welcome. Dogs on leads too, but only one dog or pram per adult runner - see the diagram below if you’re bringing a furry friend. Check the Dalby parkrun website for more info, or just turn up.
Can you join our team of volunteers this Saturday as our event photographer? You'll get to wear a fabulous hi-viz vest (yes, really!) A camera is available if you need to borrow one. No photographic expertise is required as parkrunners can't help looking awesome. Comment here if you can help. Thank you.
