Handspring provides specialised classes, workshops and personal training as it pertains to gymnastic/ bodyweight strength & conditioning exercises, skills, mobility and tumbling for adults. Based on an abundance of experience and knowledge, Handspring implements well planned, structured and adaptive programming that is both conducive and enjoyable to learn whilst achieving results.

- Why Join up:

Engaging in gymnastics training has numerous health benefits – both physical and cognitive – as well as providing a great crossover into other sports. Ask any gymnast out there, gymnastics training helps improve your overall athleticism and performance across any other sport and activity. Gymnastics training is also proved to help strengthen ligaments and tendons, prevent and rehabilitate specific injuries, improve circulation and burn fat. It also significantly improves your overall strength and fitness levels (especially core), as well as mobility, balance and co-ordination.

- How to get involved?

Handspring offers a variety of programs and classes to participants of all abilities (beginners & advance) - based at the Manly Warringah Gymnastics Club facility in Cromer.

🔹Member spotlight: Teens undertaking gymnastic strength training🔹 Austen has been a consistent member of the regular strength & conditioning classes over the last 5 months - working hard on his core and mobility. Austen (15) is the youngest in the class and often enjoys competing and pushing hard against the older guys when it comes to mastering certain movements in order to further progress himself with more advance strength elements such as front levers, planches and handstands.
