Howdy all! A quick one to notify y'all of our Christmas closures. The public holidays over Chrissy we'll be shut, the 25th, 26th & 27th. That'll be it! Reminder also that we've got a late license in NYE so we can trade until 2am...and we will be! :-) Back in the morning too of the 1st to serve up the best coffee and breaky to all in need from 9am. Have a great Chrissy season all!

Dear Friends, Bat Country would like to give a big thanks to Karl Cannon who's been our Bar Manager at Bat Country for over two years. He's been a cornerstone of all our operations during this time, incredibly loyal and hardworking, and is now extremely well known and loved by many of our regular customers. Tomorrow (Friday the 9th) will be his last official shift behind our bar before he moves on to take up another role. Please come along for a few drinks tomorrow and join us to send him off!

We're looking for someone with excellent skills and knowledge in wine, cocktails and spirits, but most importantly someone who fits the place, and is keen to join the team and support the wonderful atmosphere and culture of Bat Country. Ideally we're seeking someone who is keen to settle in for the long haul, and take on some leadership in the venue. Competitive hourly rate or salary available.
