facebook.comAfternoon parkrunners 😎 I think we've all been dreaming of the weekend today... and Saturday looks like it'll be a lovely morning up at Cleland. But we're in need of a photographer this weekend to capture all of the happy faces 😁📸! Let us know if you're able to help us out! -Melissa
***Cleland Parkrun Cancelled (27 Jan 2018) Due to Heat*** Hi all parkrunners, Due to the extreme heat conditions over the long weekend we are cancelling Saturday's run. As awesome as Cleland is most of the time, with little to no shade on the more challenging parts of the run and the potential fire danger (even considering no TFB at this stage), we've decided to err on the side of caution and safety this weekend. If you decide to head to another parkrun, stay safe and drink lots of water before, during and after (and maybe a zooper dooper😉). Hope you have a great Aus Day weekend wherever you are! - Ben.
Hot weather incoming!! Don't expect that drinking as you go will suffice with this extended period of warmer weather; you need to be on top of your hydration beforehand. Start now, and drink water like its your job! ☉💦☉💦☉💦
Team R at the Edithburgh parkrun launch - Spencer going flat out as always!!! We are all gonna be chasing him up the hill soon! - Jon
Good morning parkrunners, it's breezy and cool up at Cleland! Results are now up. :) Congratulations to the 13 First Timers that came up today, and thank you to Mike, Milly, Archer, Ying, Lilly, Matt, Ben and Ziad, our awesome volunteers. -Melissa
We have some refreshingly cool news! No TFB so Cleland parkrun is on tomorrow! Admittedly it probably won't be like this up there, but it'll be cooler than anywhere else... Come join us and let gravity push you along for the first 2.5kms ;) If you're heading over for the Edithburgh launch have a brilliant time at another beautiful SA parkrun, and say g'day to our Cleland ED/SA Event Ambassador, Jon Lang, who is helping out on the day. -Melissa
4 years is a while... but what a champ for battling on! However, we hope to see more of YOU folks in red, far sooner than that - Jon
Just ordered wristbands for me and the kids - sure fire way to ensure you don't forget your barcode! #dfyb
