Tiana suffers from spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy as a result of a congenital heart defect at birth. Her entire body is affected, she is unable to walk, talk, sit or eat without assistance. But Tiana is a much valued member of the community because she inspires and motivates the people around her to demonstrate exceptional qualities such as love, compassion, kindness and acceptance.
