This web site has been developed to assist all amputees in finding helpful and current information on support and assistance available to amputees in NSW. No one should have to suffer through the loss of a limb alone and uninformed. One way to further your continuing education is to join a local amputee support group. Amputee Support Groups are a great resource of emotional support and education.

There are a number of amputee support groups throughout NSW and of course Australia wide. Contact details are available here for you to be able to get in touch with somone in your area.

National Amputee Awareness Week 2016 – The Amputee Association of NSW Inc is run by amputees for amputees. We are a not for profit organisation with a number of affiliated branches throughout NSW. A group of dedicated volunteers are available to help provide information and assistance to all amputees in the community.
