Twitter & Instagram: @Steeden_Intl The STEEDEN brand was established in Queensland in 1958 by Ray Steeden to produce leather cricket balls, footballs and boxing bags. STEEDEN moved to NSW in the late 1960’s and was acquired by Gray-Nicolls Sports in 1995.
STEEDEN is the Official Ball of the National Rugby League (NRL), State of Origin, Kangaroos, NSWRL and more recently, QRL. Steeden is also the Official Ball of the Australian Touch Association. Through continuous introduction of new products and categories, the brand continues to go from strength to strength.
STEEDEN was launched in the UK in 2004, and adopted by the RFL and Superleague as Official Balls, ensuring the sport benefits from a standard match ball throughout the world.
