MC has been a regular in our Hoop, Dance, and Stretch classes since the beginning. All of us in the FitNest are so proud of her hard work and progress!! ・・・ #Repost @mc.aerialchick with @repostapp ・・・ This is a monumental moment for me. Ever since I started pole roughly 4 years ago, my legs have been frequently painful, tight and constantly injured, which made for many frustrating and upsetting classes, which continued into hoop later. It's taken a team effort of fantastic flexibility classes run by @amyhazel92 @the_red_crowned_crow @andreajameslui @ginabobinaa at @blackbirdmelbourne and my Osteo, Evan to get to this point. I've still got a way to go but this is beyond exciting. Onwards, upwards and outwards! (?) 😂❤️
