Congratulations to our head coach Neil Smith on his outstanding display on court today at the bronze Australian ranking Good guys money tournament at Castle Hill . Neil at 55 years young took on a much younger 18 year old 3rd seed in a close battle on our centre court . Neil defeated his opponent in very tough heat conditions with the match lasting 3 hrs45 mins , 5-7 7-5 7-5 . What we witnessed was an outstanding display of not only great tennis & tennis wisdom but also a perfect demonstration of enduring stamina , mental toughness & incredible determination and a never give up attitude . Neil then went back on court 90mins later to play another 2hr match winning again in 3sets to put him into the 3rd round of the tournament . Well done Neil & good luck for remaining matches over the next 2 days , we are all behind you . 🎾🎾🎾.
