Morning team!! Who is up for a workout?? Here is a Circuit workout you can all do with minimal equipment or alter where needed:- If you have access to an exercise bike great but if not, you can take the first part off you'll still get a mega sweat going on! 50 cals on exercise bike (optional) 100 Skips (rope or pretend if no skipping rope handy) 1 minute plank 10 x Burpees 25 dips 20 x Squats with dumbbells (bodyweight squats if not, make them deep!) 15 x box jumps (or find something stable to jump onto) 60 x Jumping Jacks. 50 x Ski Jumps REPEAT X 3 Enjoy team and let me know how you go xx

Was lacking a bit of mojo today to get up and train especially on my own but sometimes you just have to get moving knowing you'll feel better for it. Only a short run/jog of 3km today but was well worth it with this view 🙏. Move your body in some way today and let me know what you do 😀 👇👇👇
