Personal training and health coaching.  Hello,

I am Amanda and I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years and have gained an incredible amount of experience in all areas of the health and fitness industry.

Personally, I have been doing martial arts since the age of 17, including Muay Thai, boxing and self defence. I am currently a competitor in Brazilian jiu jitsu and in August 2016 I won the Australian featherlight white belt national championship in Melbourne.

As a woman, I feel very strongly about the importance of self defence and I am passionate about empowering other women with the skills to allow them to feel confident and safe in our world.

I feel very excited about the opportunity to be able to help others to achieve their own goals, whether that be to

Get stronger;
Get fitter;
Self defence;
Change body composition;
Boxing;

Or to simply have more energy and keep fit in a tailored personal training session. I work mostly in one on one sessions but I also do small group training if you prefer to train with a friend.

I am available Monday to Friday 06:00 - 07:30 and 09.30 -12.30 and some afternoons in the Caroline Springs area.

I received my blue belt last night! What an incredible journey thus far filled with many challenges! I am so grateful and privileged to be apart of an amazing team in Bacchus Marsh! Thank you to my training partners who are always there to help me grow and improve 😊 I would like to take this opportunity to thank my coach Wayne Ardley for your endless time, effort, support and values which have influenced a positive changes in my life both on and off the mat!
