My name is Wooch, I'm a cert 3 and 4 qualified Master Fitness Trainer, with 10+ years experience of trial and error in the gym, playing sports
and almost all things exercise oriented.
I work out of my home gym as well as being mobile. I can come to you and work with you in the comfort of your own home, at a park nearby, or
anywhere else that might tickle your fancy, at any time so there really are NO EXCUSES whatsoever!
I CAN and WILL help you make the changes in your life that you desire. You just have to be willing to make that conscious decision and the rest will
come.
It might not be easy, but nothing great in life comes easy and i promise i can help you make the changes in your life so you DO feel GREAT!
