For those that are asking what's going on. .....in April I was informed by other honest and good driving instructors that this woman was illegally using my business name. I complained to ASIC who handle business registration. Her comeback was to register "Success Driving School 1 ". ASIC accepted her doing that even after my complaints that it is too close to my trading name. I have been to ACCC , my local federal Liberal politician , SBD. and several other government organizations. ALL cannot or will not help. The problem is someone else trying to steal my business name and a government organization (ASIC ) that allows it to happen because it is (in their guidelines ). This type of theft leaves every small business in Australia vulnerable because everyone thinks registration of a name is for their own use. A possible solution is to start a petition to get ASIC guidelines changed. My immediate solution is to make sure that people only use the ORIGINAL Success Driving School in Perth and not the one pictured below. I have had this name registered since March 2000 and now someone is allowed to due this. Thanks Gordon.
