The name 'Elemental' reflects our commitment to provide Canberrans with delicious food from basic, unprocessed, and local ingredients. Co-owner Dan Barrett, lives this commitment; he is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle without all the gimmicks.
While no one has ever accused us of being elegant, we take our food and coffee very seriously. We hope that you'll appreciate the art that is created from turning locally gathered basics into sophisticated, delicious masterpieces.
Our one-of-a-kind coffee was made just for us by our mates at Red Brick Espresso in Curtin. You won't find our special blend any where else (unless you take a bag home with you).
We may pride ourselves on living a bit primitively, but we're told that we clean up alright.

This Sunday the 14th of May is Mothers Day. We will be taking limited bookings up until 4:00pm Tuesday the 9th of May. You can book via our Facebook message system. Large table numbers are limited so first in - first served. We have outdoor and indoor tables available. There will be sufficient tables for walk-ins so its okay if you don't get the chance to book.
