Cairns Amateurs Racing Carnival What began as a small meeting in 1959, designed to bring city and country together, has expanded over the years to become one of Australia’s premier spring races. This year's event will be staged over three huge days: Thursday August 31st - Saturday September 2nd. Visit cairnsamateurs.org.au for more info.
