2 – an instance of opposition or contrast between two concepts or two aspects of something; a dualism

Here at CrossFit Duality we believe that everyone has the potential to achieve physical duality, this meaning we can help you find a balance between Strength and Conditioning, Power and Fitness or Technical Finesse and Brute Force, which ever way you want to look at it!

For time 1 C2B 2 Push Ups 3 SDHP 40/25 4 Wall Balls 10/6 5 Box Jumps 24/20 6 Snatch 40/25 7 T2B 8 Power Cleans 40/25 9 Burpees 10 Push Press 40/25 11 Front Squats 40/25 12 Wall Climbs *RX+ 1 BMU 2 HSPU All bar loads 50/30 You will perform 1, then 2+1, then 3+2+1, then 4+3+2+1 and so on. Note the numbers are not just for the sake of order, they are the actual rep count for each movement. Hope everyone is having a great Christmas weekend!

We have 2 challenge workouts each month. One is a grinder with endurance in mind that takes 30+ mins to finish in most cases, the other is primarily focused at brute force, short and heavy. This month although its easier than some months its still not to be taken for granted and is a great challenge from beginner to advanced. Come down and have a crack at the well known "Filthy Fifty"!
