Our takeaway counter have found a lovely team member to take care of it going forward, we will open the counter Mon to Fri 7.30am to 1.30pm. Swing by for coffee, breakfast, Chia bowl, salad, wraps and heaps of raw slices, Hannah will be so happy to say Hi to you๐

It had been 3 months since we moved into Busselton. It wasn't an easy feat for us during the last 3 months, there were ups and downs along the way, however we have received heaps of lovely encouragement from our lovely customers which warm our hearts and keep us going and wanting to do more. Let's discuss Gnocchi for lunch today ๐ a dish that sounds so plain and simple however requires heaps effort, love and dedication from the kitchen to have it done to perfection. Each piece of Gnocchi is kneaded, rolled and cut by a pair of hands, they have to be watched closely while being cooked to ensure perfect texture. Our Gnocchi is accompany in Parmesan sauce with heirloom carrots, pepitas and Swiss chard leaves for texture and crunch. Hope you are able to feel the love from us while you dig in ๐๐๐๐
