Burwood Fitness Centre is owned by Deakin University and proudly managed in partnership by YMCA Victoria. Burwood Fitness Centre works with the University's Division of Student Life to realise individual potential and success through the delivery of innovative, relevant and responsive programs and services

Burwood Fitness Centre boasts a fully equipped gym with state of the cardio and strength training equipment.

We offer group fitness classes as a part of the Health and Wellness membership all group fitness classes are included.

Burwood Fitness Centre's two court Sports Hall is equipped to cater for a variety of indoor social sports activities including:
- Basketball
- Indoor Soccer
- Badminton
- Netball
- Volleyball

We also run several sport competitions in our Sports Hall
Monday - Mixed Netball
Tuesday - Women's Netball
Wednesday - Futsal (Indoor Soccer)
Thursday - Social Badminton (Mixed)
