FINALISATION OF TERM FEE PAYMENTS: Thanks one and all for the final correspondence coming in regarding intended classes for your children for Term 3! For those who have texted/verbalised or Facebooked your class requests, may I ask that you please also email your class requests to me at kathrynellenstewart@yahoo.com.au so that I have your most current email address on file to send you the account?! Return emails containing fee schedules are being emailed out as soon as possible this week. A reminder that term fees are not due until the end of the fourth week of this term. The fees due by this coming Sunday are for those families wishing to receive the 5% discount for paying early up front. Fees remain payable by electronic transfer, eftpos or cash. Please also remember to contact me if you wish to discuss a personalised payment plan of any kind that may help cater to the individual needs of your family. Families are reminded that fees are now calculated on a term basis, so refunds for missed weeks here and there are unable to be refunded. Students are of course however, invited to attend a make up class to replace any lost class, as discussed with me in terms of available classes to visit instead. Families who have more than one child attending Kreative Movements will also receive a further discount on their overall term fees! Did an amazing Ballet course at Arizona Ballet School today!!! An awesome company and brilliant instruction. I represented us all at Kreative Movements well...I even managed to be asked to demonstrate for the class?! Made this old teacher lady feel very proud to represent!! 🤣☺️💕 Can't wait to tell you all about it!

EXAM WORKSHOP REMINDER! Years 5/6 dancers - a reminder your exam workshop is in this Saturday 15th July, 9 am - 3:30 pm. Don't forget your packed lunch, water bottle, pillows for the cinema session and a plate/treat to share with your friends if you like. Coffee (or hot chocolate!) and cake treat is on me!! 💕☺️

TERM FEES AND CLASS PAYMENTS: Thank you to all the families who have emailed through their chosen classes for students this term. I am in the process of finalising return emails to you all, containing your overall term fees. For those families who have requested their fees be processed upfront by the end of the first week to receive the discount, this payment is not due until the first weekend of term - Saturday/Sunday - 15th/16th July. As soon as you receive your return email this week, you will then be able to make payment via electronic transfer or eftpos. Parents wishing to pay the term's fees at the regular rate, are not required to make payment until the weekend ending Week 4 of this term - Saturday/Sunday - 12th/13th August. A number of families have contacted me to discuss alternative arrangements for fee payment and I urge anyone in need of the same to please contact me as soon as possible. **If you have not return emailed your requested class enrolments for the term ahead, please do so as soon as possible to receive your returned account via return email by later this week. CLASSES RESUME TOMORROW!! Hello Dearest Kreatives! 😀 I'm sending you my hello from America as I am still here, but flying home tomorrow. WE WELCOME MISS CHLOE HOME FROM SYDNEY! Chloe has just this weekend upgraded her qualifications for teaching with us and will be taking our two Monday classes for us! Congratulations Chloe! 🎉💐 Miss Angela and I will be back to take Musical Theatre as normal on Tuesday. Those due to start solo/duo/trio rotations will not begin until Wednesday of this week. Circus is on Tomorrow!

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY BALLET AND JAZZ CLASSES ARE RUNNING AS NORMAL THIS WEEK (but no Tap this week). Due to unforeseen circumstances, our Junior (Wednesday) and Open/Adult (Thursday) Tap classes will not be running this week. Ballet/Lyrical and Jazz/Hip Hop classes will run as normal both days. We warmly welcome both Miss Chloe and Mrs Pauline Collier to run our Wednesday and Thursday classes this week!

COMMUNICATING ABSENCES: A huge thank you to the many families who communicate absences from Dance classes! It is very greatly appreciated! 😊 Just a gentle request for absences to please be communicated whenever it is possible (and I know sometimes it's not! ☺️💗). We have experienced a number of unexplained absences from classes over the last couple of weeks, which has been quite problematic at times. This request is especially vital for our specialist classes in Musical Theatre and Circus/Tumbling. We always look forward to at least covering the wages of our wonderful specialist coaches and also to moving forward with group choreography, both of which were challenged this week. Things do happen unexpectedly, but we can always cancel/postpone a weekly class until the following week if we are able to know of increased absences as soon as they become apparent. Thanks for your understanding and for communication already in place! It has been a hardworking week in the studio this week!
