North Harbour
Description
North Harbour is an all-encompassing business and residential community on the banks of the Caboolture River. North Harbour is a unique residential development in the rapidly expanding northern corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
Situated on the banks of the Caboolture River, North Harbour has established a new benchmark in living. A wide variety of living options are available and North Harbour will feature numerous benefits for residents including a variety of lot sizes including large frontages, 420Ha (1000 of open space and parkland, 9 kilometres of frontage to the Caboolture River, high speed fibre broadband and natural gas to every home.
Harbour literally means “safe haven” which is what we want to provide for our residents, a place to call home.
North Harbour has a special history and contains the heritage listed “Moray Fields” homestead site, which was the first European settlement in the area and dates from 1861. These remains contain significant areas of cultural heritage, which are proposed to become a publicly accessible interpretive centre.
