Group Fitness Sessions:
You will be working out in the great outdoors in a group environment that is non-competitive and non-judgmental. Variations for beginners, injuries or the more advanced are available at every session so everybody is welcome and able to participate. Our workouts are constantly varied to keep you interested and challenge you, each and every session with exercises including bodyweight, kettlebells, barbells, tyres, buckets, suspension.
Personal Training:
One on one personal training is available, please message me for more information regarding availability.
Events:
Stay tuned into the page for added events throughout the year. It may be an obstacle course run, it may be a long walk at the beach, it may be a catch up or a recipe swap over dinner, it may be a whole weekend away full of little challenges. You never know what I'll come up with ;-)
6 & 12 Week Challenges:
Both 6 & 12 Week Challenges will commence in January and continue throughout the year. Keep an eye on the page for further information.
I have been a qualified personal trainer for 4 years now and my passion for health and wellbeing has only grown, so much so that I will soon be extending my knowledge in becoming a level 2 wellness coach. My dedication and commitment to my clients is my number one priority and I will endeavour to be an inspiration to each and every one of you.
