Bundaberg Kayak & Adventure Outlet is now open for business and Dragon Kayaks have come to town!
The team here, is made up of Luke Thauer and wife, Krystle Thauer, two members of the kayak/fishing community who are very passionate about getting out on the water and enjoying the outdoors, casting a line and going for a paddle.
We have opened up a store catering to kayakers of all types because we are passionate about helping you find the perfect kayak to suit all of your needs.
We have a wide range of models and colours to suit and we also have accessories in store
Our kayaks are made to be tough, durable, efficient but also elegant out on the water. Dragon kayaks are made from UV resistant polyethylene and are made to fit the Australian standard, they are made to withstand harsh Australian weather. Their specifically engineered design maximises stability and safety as well as comfort, the bow and the stern of the kayaks are made to maximise aqua planing and to minimise water resistance.

Ok so this time the little bugger managed to out fish me! Castking scuxx soft plastic lures doing the damage for him once again... First drop this afternoon and he was hooked up before I could even get my lure in the water! Only 4 years old and beating his dad's PBs already... Can't wait to see what the future will bring!

We are back and open for business!!! Lake monduran didn't provide the result I had hoped for with only 1 cat fish to show for 5 days fishing... Just lucky there's still fish biting around Bundy! Picked up this nice breambo on a cast King scuxx soft plastic at the bottom of the tide...

Well only a couple hours left now so I'd like to wish everyone a very merry Xmas and a wonderful and safe new year! We will be closed from Xmas day till New Year's Day as the family gets a well needed break chasing some Barra in lake monduran! Solid session on creek dogs this morning! Started the day with a mid 40s model that pulled so hard I called it for a monster... Then another 50cm brute that made a fool of me snapping my rod as i high stuck, hand on spool in the excitement of that first brutal run! Still managed to land him somehow haha! Also picked up a respectable little cod and missed a few smaller hitters... Another great day on the water! Don't forget the shop is open late until xmas!!! It's starting to look pretty bare once again but theres still plenty of great deals waiting... Come say G'day... Open 9am - 6:30pm Today Thursday 22nd and Tomorrow Friday 23rd.
