Hey,
Just a quick word on who I am, and what I'm all about. I love experiencing life to the max and am a true outdoors person at heart.
Since highschool I have had a passion for health and fitness. I was working for years in the media industry and often found it incredibly easy to put on fat. So I made it a lifestyle to make it to the gym 3-4 times per week and I have read countless articles about how I can adjust my training and nutrition schedule to achieve a better figure and feel more alive and energetic in life.
A little while ago I realised how much I love health and fitness and decided I wanted to become a fully qualified Personal Trainer so that I can help others on their health and fitness journey.
