As a Pole Dance Centre we offer classes with a background of dance technique focusing on line, strength and acrobatics of pole dance fitness. We are the first exclusive all Pole Dance studio on the Northern Beaches, all teachers are professionally trained. We offer a variety of classes ranging from general pole dance fitness, stretching and conditioning. Classes have been specifically programmed to cater for a variety of students graded on progress
and ability, special classes will also be available for the mature age women and
male only pole dance fitness.
