We have both BB Academy & Outdoor Beach classes available in your membership!

We like to mix up our training and offer you a variety of difference training styles to prevent boredom & plateauing!

We also have sessions on at convenient times to suit everyone!

We have 5:15am starts & 7:15pm late classes throughout the week & 5 classes on Saturday morning!

We have amazing nutrition ebooks that we give you free, so that you can get the best results possible, increase your energy on a daily basis & ensure your body is receiving all the nutrients it needs!

Our BB Female Coaches have been trained up by Muay Thai Champions in Thailand, MMA fighters & Tae Kwon Do Black Belts!

Our coaches know their stuff & will teach you and ensure you have correct technique for elbows, punches, knees & kicks!

We love to teach our girls how to conduct each Muay Thai movement correctly. You do not have to have any experience in Muay Thai Kickboxing whatsoever!

Once you complete the 12 weeks, we will then have a new 12 weeks available. You will have fun at the next BB seminar where you will learn new information on training, nutrition & mindset + train with our BB Coaches!

At our seminar we will also re-evaluate your goals, set new goals & continue on the journey of enjoying our training + reaching our goals!
