Rap about the 'Old Boy Network' recorded in 1998 with Roland analog drum machine, Fender Lite Bass and my old Ibanez f-holed electric. The images are Annual Reports of 1. Rio Tinto (1999) mining, sponsors of the Macfarlane Burnet Centre's 'Rio Tinto Aboriginal Fund' 2. Orica (2000) explosives, cyanide, detonators, ammonium nitrate (previously part of Imperial Chemical Industries, or ICI (chairman of the Board, Ben Lochtenberg, also chairman of MHRI - easily Victoria's biggest mental health research institution) 3. Macfarlane Burnet Centre (1997) featuring Professor John Mills, Mr Ray Williams (currently in jail, but not for genocide), and Sir Roderick Carnegie on the Board. HIH Winterthur Insurance, whose collapse left Williams in jail, was the biggest corporate sponsor of the Macfarlane Burnet Centre at the time of its relocation and massive expansion (1997-2001). Other major sponsors were Rio Tinto, Smith Kline Beecham (SKB, now GSK after merger with Glaxo-Wellcome) and BHP. Defying the most paranoid imagination, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the publicly-funded Mental Health Research Institute, Ben Lochtenberg, also exported cyanide, explosives and electronic detonators around the world as the Chairman of Orica (previously ICI explosives) according to their 1998 Annual Report. He held both positions simultaneously for more than 10 years. 4. Mental Health Research Institute (1997) Part 2 continues with details of the MBC International Health Unit in Indonesia, Papua, New Guinea, Pacific Islands, East Africa, India, China (Tibet), Mongolia, South East Asia and among Indigenous (but not white Australia).

Recovery of the gardens at HUB 76 of the Holistic University of Brisbane (HUB) - the water is now being trickled around and under the house, filling a series of ponds, some subterranean, in which striped burrowing frogs and green tree frogs are breeding. The night air is filled with their delightful calls. The fact that the water is running constantly keeps mosquitoes away and this means the windows of the house can be kept open all night without insect screens - allowing natural climate control through good ventilation. The pond and flowing streams under the house have the effect of producing excellent acoustics for the HUB Art Gallery and Studios in the house above, using the same principle used in the Sydney Opera House, but gravity fed and for a tiny fraction of the cost.
