Sheridan wants to build upper body strength and is pushing her limits and increasing her weights to achieve this goal. If I tell her to up her weights or progress an exercise she does, there is no challenge too big for this wonderful woman. Well done Sheridan your commitment to achieving your goals is inspirational.

Rapid Bioscan will be coming to the club on March 3 from 6:30 - 10:30am. $20 per person and bookings are essential! This machine will be returning every 8 weeks so you can keep track of your progress.
