HANGI 31 MARCH is now SOLD OUT. Kia Ora and Sorry Starlighters with the 31st fully sold the next Hangi available to order isnt scheduled until 14 April 2018 but is now open for orders. At this point we have decided to continue with smaller quotas below 50 and on a fortnightly basis and work on getting those as close to perfection as we can before we pick up. We have had calls for a weekly cook but at this point we are holding to fortnightly but if the 14th of April filled up in the next week and our bookings were more than a fortnight ahead then we would consider more seriously a weekly cook. Busy day at The starlight today. Hope everyone got the service and food that you were expecting. Ran out of Calamari but got some fresh stuff for tomorrow. Going to be hard with Tina in NZ for 3 weeks having a well earned holiday but with my trusty sidekick HineAroha and Ros - I think we should make it through without a hitch so ... keep on comin guys.
