At All Heart Counselling and Consulting I provide a safe, supportive and confidential space allowing you to freely talk about any concerns or difficulties you have. With understanding and acceptance I provide a personalised approach that respects and appreciates the uniqueness of all people.
Life at times can be very challenging and sometimes these challenges are too difficult to work through alone. We all have coping skills but sometimes we need help to draw upon our own inner and outer resources to work through adversity and reach goals. This will enable you to make positive changes and work towards living the life you hope for and deserve.
I currently provide individual mental health and wellbeing counselling for people aged 12yrs and over. I also provide student counselling, mentoring and tutoring for student's working towards qualifications in human services . Feel free to contact me for details.

My qualifications include Master of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (current), Diploma of Counselling, Non- Directive Pregnancy Counselling, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Social Planning and Certificate IV in Community Services (Protective Care). Various professional development courses have also been completed.
