Good Milk - We choose to use a Cafe quality full cream milk! 3. shot Time - We have optimum shot times for our coffee blend to ensure the best flavoured extraction. Shots are never served unless they are poured within this timeframe 3. Temperature - Yes! We use a thermometer..... unless we are steaming in a small jug, we use a thermometer to ensure your milk has been heated to the optimum temperature! 4. Our Machine - Did you know we clean our machine for an hour after each days service??? #thisisamust! We also have our machine serviced on a regular basis! 5.
