rock n roll burger joint. Friendly, fun and beer is flowing. We love kids and we love dogs!!! Check out our menu on this page. I'm a Bondi local and have been for some 20 years. My vision was always to mix rock music and burgers. I work in the music industry so all my burgers are named after bands i have either managed, toured or promoted. We keep it simple yet interesting. Young Henrys on tap, great wine and a mean Bloody Mary. Small selection of cocktails. Solid selection of spirits with a few top shelf thrown in for good measure. All my produce is grass fed and free range. The menu is attached. The venue faces north west so its sun drenched. We have 20 seats outside and a load inside……and on top of that 60's, 70's and 80's classics are played all day and night.

You fucken little ripper!!! I predicted we'd raise some solid coin between both venues and we did just that! That's a tidy $1000 cheque in my hand and on it's way to The Redfern Foundation. Thx to everyone that popped by. I'm beyond stoked this happened and we can now help others in need of a leg up!

Today is a very sad day for me 😪 The top photo is me and my main chef Val. This was taken may 2015 in my kitchen at home, we were testing burgers for the venue. We had no idea what we were doing. We just made the it up as we went along and hoped for the best. But it didn't matter cause we were both passionate and that passion has showed to be the reason for our success at BT's. I randomly met him in the street and employed him on the spot cause he had this insane energy. Just a beautiful man who had "it". He has gone back to NZ to be with his family. The bottom photo is out last catch up at my house in my kitchen. I must have worked him hard cause he's half the size. Either way never have I met a more loyal, honest, considerate, respectful and sincere person. He was my venue, he made my venue what it is. Every staff member loved him. What the fuck!!!! Original venue has a power outage all day so we have to close!!!! Of all times to happen, it happens today!!! In saying that we have loads of food prepped that won't be sold as we prep daily. So we are transferring it all to the other venue (96 glenayr av bondi) and doing it all again so we move the lot!!! From 2pm - 10pm we will sell all burgers for $10 incl fries!!! My misfortune is your fortune kids!!
