Happy Easter everyone! Here's some cupcakes I made two years ago for a competition that Kitchen Warehouse ran. I made apple strudel cupcakes with Apple swiss meringue buttercream and salted caramel. I didn't win but I got a special mention from Sandy's Cakes, one of the judges. I was stoked even though I didn't win the KitchenAid prize 😍
