We are a boutique fitness studio that offers personal group classes (up to 12 clients max) and 1 on 1 Personal Training. Japanese for ‘change for the better’, the Kaizen Experience, or KX, is a philosophy that focuses on small and ongoing improvement.
Define your goals and reach your potential and experience Australia’s first high performance pilates style.
The KX Pilates workout realigns and strengthens the body using added resistance from modified reformer beds, shaking up traditional pilates in a big way.
On the other hand, the KX Barre workout uses the body’s own weight to isolate, strengthen and sculpt all major muscle groups, with exercises in this class taking place at the ballet barre and on mats.
Beginner through to advanced classes available, catering for all fitness levels.
