Our restaurant is opened for Dinner only. Lunch time is subject to special booking for function/event. Our restaurant appreciated you as our regular customer, therefore we served you at that lunch time, even though there was small function booked. Also, we did explain that our restaurant generally does not operated during lunch time. Therefore, the lunch special in the menu is labelled as not available. Secondly, we believed that our waitress explained that there will be extra charge on your order, as mixed meat is considered as additional top up charge. Without you agreeing with the price, our restaurant won’t not take that particular order and will recommend you to make another choice. Thirdly, you paid the bill with no comment. Our restaurant therefore expected you are happy with the lunch. Our restaurant respect and appreciate you as our regular customer. We always want to make our customers happy and keep a good relationship. Our restaurant is happy to serve you free drinks excluding alcohol. Please contact manager when you dine in next time.
