15/11/2017 - Call Out - Request from Wildlife Rescue to assist with the rescue of a Fruit Bat caught in fishing line hanging from a tree, dangling over the Murray River. Poor little fella had a lure stuck in it's chest. We took our boat and held it underneath while members assisted Wildlife Rescue cut it down. Thankfully it was wrapped up safe and sound then taken to a local vet for treatment.
