Parents and students can help take care of our school by reporting any suspicious after-hours activity to School Watch on 13 17 88. By keeping an eye out we can work together to create a safer school community and help to reduce vandalism, theft and arson in our school. If you see something suspicious, please don’t intervene. Call the School Watch number and let the local police or State Government Protective Security Service deal with the matter.

Last day of school for 2016. Have a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy holiday. School resumes Monday 23 January 2017.

All children are to attend school on Friday 9 December in full school uniform or sports uniform. If possible, they are to bring along sponges and/or rags to help clean the equipment they have used this year. School finishes at 3.00 pm.

SKOOB Still looking for books! This is Skoob the Library Shelf Elf. He looks happy because the Christmas holidays are coming but he is very stressed because there are still 95 overdue books outstanding from students. Please help Skoob to get all of the library books tucked away safely in the library before the holidays. The Albany Hills Great Holiday Book Swap is happening this Friday 2nd December. All books, with permission slips, are to be brought to the library on that day, before school, from 8am.

Congratulations to Noeleen Rowntree, principal of Bunyaville Environmental Education Centre, for recently being acknowledged as the Australian Environmental Educator for 2016.
