Weekend begin with a very cute baby shower cake :)

It has been a flat out weekend in my kitchen :) I even enlisted the help of the handy hubby and friend to create some wonderful cakes for some special customers :)

I'm heading down a dangerous path with this next cake - not only can I call myself a cake decorator but I may be a builder too :) this cake was a "monster" to make - he is sitting on little stilts so he looks 3D :) was super fun to make - even if I did get a little angry (by a little I mean a lot) at the fact that I had to saw the wood structure - why don't we have a ban saw?? (Might be the next investment haha)

Made this little carrot cake for a customer - have to say I'm not a big fan of carrot cake but it was just as well I made extra of this delicious cake - I couldn't stop eating it - paired with cream cheese frosting it was to die for :)
