We recently replaced an exhaust manifold gasket and turbo gaskets on a ZD30 Patrol. As well as having the vehicle tuned after fitting a boost controller. Sorry for the lack of posts, we have been crazy busy in the shop!! Today we had a Pajero with complaint of lack of power and excessive smoke, after a few simple tests we were horrified to discover the sludge build up inside the intake system, this goes to prove catch cans and egr modifications are a must on modern diesels, If you are experiencing similar problems give us a call on 8186 1011 today!!
