Nor would it tweak the emotions of the donating public. #RCVS committee members decided to give dog abusing vet a suspension of four months rather than sack him & #RSPCA not prosecuting either. The hypocrisy of #AnimalWelfare "The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) committee had the power to strike him off the register, leaving him unable to practice.
