At Elements we believe that you define what fitness and wellness is for you! It is not a one size all fits approach! We have an incredible diverse range of classes that can help everyone... from yin classes such as meditation and Qi Gong to Pilates and yoga to more yang classes such as sprint and grit! Science finally Proves Meridians Exist
Qi Gong Wednesday's at 6.30 pm and NEW TIME for Fridays at 5.30 pm! NEW TIME for Meditation Fridays at 6.30 pm straight after Qi Gong... so now you can combine the two classes for complete re-balancing on a Friday evening! Ancient roots and modern knowledge of Kinesiology and Psychology are combined in Secret Elements Qi Gong. It's movements go back to the old knowledge of Daoist and Buddhist health exercises and work on the foundation of traditional Chinese medicine. World Masters Games has come to an end, all except for the street party to celebrate 5 days of competition. Finale tally 3 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze. Amazing effort by our crews. GRITâ„¢ Strength Sizzler
So while Lee is away winning all her medals at the World Masters Games we played GRIT this morning at Elements.... the ladies moved out of their normal routine of Body Pump and progressed their training into GRIT! It was a full house this morning and I was super proud of you all for coming in and trying something different! For change to occur we must do something different... whether it be exercise, the food we eat or our thoughts around the things in our lives! But before change can happen we need to be aware of what needs to change... we get into the habit of doing the same things, eating the same foods and having the same thoughts! Nothing changes when we stay doing the same things! Yet we desire or hope for change to occur! GRIT is high intensity interval training and it can produce some amazing results! We highly recommend our members start doing Body Pump first and progress into GRIT! Here is a little snippet of the workout for tomorrow.. Saturday 7.30 am GRIT number is 3! Different to today! Awesome work this morning!
