Our classes are great for helping to enhance the bonding process, having fun, making new friends... and the utter thrill of seeing your little one gliding underwater towards you.
Over the years we know our lessons were directly responsible for saving the lives of more than a dozen little ones who otherwise might have tragically drowned. That makes us very proud.
We also have a world class underwater photography program (check out www.waterbabies.ca/photography). We captured over 100,000 underwater images in the past year, making us the world's largest producer of underwater pictures!

As promised, Free Trial Classes are now being announced! First on our list is River Grove Community Centre in Mississauga. Free Trial Lessons are coming! If you have ever wanted to get in the pool and see what we do, keep your eyes on this space in the next couple of weeks! Water Babies will be running Free Trial lessons at three of our pools in January. Spaces will be limited, and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Details to follow :)

Our first classes at River Grove Community Centre in Mississauga this week were amazing! Thanks to our new parents who came and joined us there. What a beautiful pool and such wonderful families! Registration at River Grove is open until Tuesday :)

Our new term of swimming at Water Babies at the Schwartz Reisman Centre (9600 Bathurst Street) is set to begin on November 23rd! We are proud to be expanding our hours so that we are now swimming on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, as well as Saturday and Sunday afternoons :) Our baby swimming program is fun, splashy, and progressive Our programs are like nothing else in the city, and we would love to teach you to teach your baby to swim! Water Babies
Here’s the story of one of our awe-inspiring Water Babies, 7-year old Ailsa Shand. When she was just 4 months old, Ailsa had a cardiac arrest and lost one of her legs. In her mum's words, "the classes became a place where her disability didn’t inhibit her and she could do the same things as the other babies". We recently caught up with Ailsa (and her mum and big sister, Iona) and learned all about her aspirations to be a future Paralympian swimmer (and play ping pong, too!). Inspirational? We think so!
