Monday's are blehhh... so I'm going to liven them up with a completely fun project! Next Monday I will start my very own wardrobe makeover. I'll share the fun, tips, patterns, fabric selection, and MAYBE some super cool behind the scenes videos! Want your very own wardrobe makeover? Sew you want to know the basics!? The Sew Basics series will show you how to sew a price conscious capsule wardrobe. Each week we will work on staple pieces that you will be able to mix and match to perfection. Patterns, Capsule Sudoku, Instruction, Most Supplies, and Fabric advice all Included. (You must purchase your own fabric) Classes will be Saturdays in July and August and the theme is Back to School! Link in Comments EDITED TO ADD: The very first class will be a 30 minute meeting to cover Measurements, sizing, pattern selection, and fabric combos. Many times boys get left out of sewing projects, but this is not one of those times. Many of the sewing patterns will be boy oriented. You do not have to attend every class. Only the ones that are for your capsule. There will only be four spots available for each class and the first one is the one that gets your spot. Others will be on a waitlist to be added.

Starting in July our Sunday Sew-a-long will have a special guest and project! One of the top requested classes is a T-Shirt Memory Blanket and I found the perfect person to teach! Each Sunday through July from 4pm-5pm we work our way towards a blanket from all your sewable treasures. (T-shirts, baby clothes, receiving blankets....) it will be $50 for the whole month if you want to do your own binding and if you choose to have Ashley bind it the price will be $60. I solemnly swear... to get much better at Facebook posts! 🤣🤣🤣 One request I've had many times over is beginning machine embroidery classes! Well I found an amazing seamstress that's been doing embroidery for many years now. We will begin the first session of the four part series next Wednesday evening 6pm-7pm.
