Awesome brew day today featuring some experimental hops from HOPSTEINER 7 pounds per barrel sounds about right. We can’t say enough how fortunate we are to live in the Yakima Valley sourcing locally grown hops to produce craft beer. Best in the world right in our backyard. Look out for this one soon!

Hours update for the taproom we will now be open Wednesday’s 3-8 pm! On Wednesday we are dropping our newest recipe... River Road Red Ale. 5% ABV 28 IBU coming in a bit sweet and lightly roasted while finishing off with just enough bitterness.

Tonight in our taproom we will officially tap the Cold Brewski sweet stout. A combination of cold brewed vanilla coffee infusion from our friends over at Pacific Trader Coffee Company, cold steeped dark grains and lactose make for a smooth drinkable stout!
