For the last 2 1/2 years, Amanda has lived and breathed the WHOLE30/Paleo lifestyle and as she works hard to stay up-to-date on the latest science and best practices, we benefit from her knowledge... and so should you! From food sensitivities and allergies to weight loss and wellness she's here to support your journey just as the rest of our dedicated instructors guide you in fitness classes. She is available for private sessions (at the same cost as other privates) which can include, but is not limited to, meal planning, shopping trips, identifying your barriers and helping to craft a nutritional plan... you name it! Make sure to check out the Rx Bars (available in chocolate coffee, chocolate sea salt, chocolate coconut, pumpkin, apple cinnamon, mint chocolate, and blueberry) and Epic Bars (in Sriracha Chicken... spicy! and habanero cherry beef... on the mild side). Perfect to grab on the go!
