It was a LADIES POWER HOUR last night at 5:30! Remember to come by to watch the CrossFit Games Open Announcement at the gym tonight at 5pm! We will have a projector so you won't miss any of the action! Also, if you plan on participating in the Open workouts, go ahead and get yourself RSVP'd for class times on Saturday!

HEADS UP! If you haven't seen on Instagram or heard from us during class -- the CrossFit Open starts this week and we'll be doing the workouts here at Iron + Mortar on Saturdays!
