Success Story! A bit long..but I hope you find it worth your time to read and appreciate the time and dedication of the shooter that I worked with. A couple of months ago I had a delightful husband/wife couple in my May CCW class. She struggled to say the least with the qualifications portion of the class. She had a great little .38 but struggled with her grip. Because she didn't qualify during that class, she felt very defeated and unsure of herself. I had her meet with me on a different day to go over more firearms handling and to work on her mindset as well. Mind you this delightful woman is in her 70's and her husband turns 80 on this Saturday! We worked together and I sent her with lots homework! She suffers from RA and some nerve damage that makes shooting a firearm difficult. I sent her home with some hand/forearm strengthening exercises. She knew this wouldn't be an overnight fix; that this would take time and dedication and practice if she wanted to improve. She was adamant about getting better and feeling more comfortable with her firearm. Move to Monday of this week (5 days ago)... After I got off work, I met with her and her husband at the range. We worked for another hour and then started the qualifications once again. We had to adjust her grip (again) and work on her breathing and then she saw what we had all been wanting to see! She was hitting her target EVERY SINGLE TIME! She even managed numerous shots in the 10 ring and the nailed the bulls eye! I had her finish out her shoot and then told her that she had done it! She qualified with great shot placement. I was able to watch this woman morph right in front of my eyes. Her confidence and self esteem escalated right there in front of our eyes. When I handed her her certificate, both her and her husband had tears in their eyes and I had goosebumps. Folks like these two and other clients I have had over the years are why I do what I do. Why I love what I do! Amazing people who want to put their fears and doubts behind them and learn to shoot and shoot well! And that is what I help them do...I help build confident shooters one target at a time! And with a lot of patience!

There has been a date change for July. Only class offered for this month will be on the 1st. Next class will be August 26th.
