The property has two homes available for 12 overnight guests.  

The large main house (over 3500 sq. ft.) has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms available.  Each room is very private with separate patios and outside entrances.  There are 2 master suites with separate entrances.  Relax in the large gourmet kitchen / dining room, spacious stone living room and stain glass enclosed wine reading room.  Sleeps 8 people.

The cottage is a separate 800 sq ft home on the 7 acre property sleeps 4 comfortably.  Totally private, yet a stones’ throw to the main house (see aerial photo in the Photo Gallery for property view).

All rooms tastefully decorated with comfortable bedding, HD televisions and master suites with gas fireplaces.  Both homes have central Heat and Air Conditioning for your comfort.

The grounds have numerous patios and walkways with a hobby vineyard (old vine zinfandel grapes) and over 40+ mature palm trees.  The centerpiece of the property is a large, natural stone pool & spa with BBQ and stereo system for endless relaxation and enjoyment.

Just 5 miles to downtown Healdsburg and 1 mile to Windsor Town Green.  Sonoma County Airport is just 3.5 miles.  Conveniently located just outside Windsor, gateway to the wine country, with dozens of world class wineries and restaurants just minutes away.

Located in the heart of the Sonoma Wine Country, minutes from downtown Windsor and Healdsburg, the drive to this quaint guest home is a treat in itself. Villa Terra Bella is within minutes of local wineries, spas and hot springs, antique shopping, a gorgeous golf course, museums and rafting. Although there are many activities to choose from in close proximity, we were there to relax and experience Villa Terra Bella to its fullest. We found the country road leading to the estate and — WOW — were we blown away as we entered the property. Nestled in the rolling hills of Sonoma Wine Country, we first noticed the 40+ giant palm tress lining the property combined with luscious grass everywhere. Quite a unique site for wine country! It truly has the European feel to it with Zinfandel vines, oak trees and ivy adding to the topography.
