We are an outpatient pediatric clinic providing comprehensive medical and rehab services to children with complex physical and developmental disabilitities The Children’s Rehabilitation Center is an outpatient pediatric diagnostic and treatment center that provides comprehensive medical and rehabilitative services to children ages birth to 21-years-old with complex physical and developmental disabilities throughout Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess and Orange Counties and the Bronx. The Children’s Rehabilitation Center is located on the same site as the John A. Coleman School.

Services include: physical, occupational, speech and language pathology, aquatic and feeding therapies. Medical specialties include, but are not limited to: orthopedics, physiatry, ophthalmology, neurology, neonatology, pediatrics and audiology. In addition, brace, orthotic and adaptive equipment clinics, psychological and social work services, and Care at Home case management services are provided.

The Children’s Rehabilitation Center is sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of New York and is part of a Continuum of Care known as the St. Elizabeth Seton Children’s Foundation, which also includes the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center and the John A. Coleman School.
